No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any handmade soap and body care products once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Allergic Reactions and Individual Results

We provide ingredient information for all products whenever possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and determining suitability for their skin type and personal sensitivities.

Because results vary by individual, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not provide refunds based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with results, or adverse reactions that are not due to a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
