Processing Time All orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Sunday. Please note that orders placed on major holidays may experience a slight delay.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeframes We ship all US orders via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages Stardust Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at stardustsoaps@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
